From 2015 to 2019, he was also at the forefront of KeyW Corporation, a major entity in cyber operations that services the intelligence, defense, and commercial sectors with advanced data analytics and geospatial intelligence. Under his guidance, KeyW merged with Jacobs Engineering Group, marking another successful chapter in his career.
Since 2019, he has been managing principal at WJW Advisors, LLC, advising on various industry mergers and acquisitions. His leadership at First Light Acquisition Group (FLAG), which he founded, led to a successful $230M public financing by 2021 and a notable deSPAC transaction in late 2023.
